PRECONSTRUCTION

The preconstruction process is vital to the success of every construction project. Too often overlooked, this process gives clients a full understanding of the project’s cost, scope, and schedule.

 

Starting prior to, or parallel with, the design process, our estimators provide trending cost updates at each design milestone, including subcontractor and suppliers validation to ensure cost accuracy. The project’s success is often dependent on this phase before even a single nail is driven or brick is laid.

DESIGN-BUILD

The primary differentiator that makes the design-build project delivery model stand out is its emphasis on collaboration, which can impact everything from the project bids and scheduling to the quality of the finished product.​

Enter into a single contract to cover both the architectural design services and the physical construction of the build, streamlining the collaboration, communication, and coordination process. Throughout the entire building process, the owner has a single point of contact for questions and collaborative input.

DESIGN-ASSIST

Already have an architect on board? No problem! With a design-assist delivery method, it's STILL all about collaboration. â€‹

Enter into a separate contracts for the architectural design services and the physical construction of the build, however drafted to ensure the design team and builder work together to streamline the collaboration, communication, and coordination. Throughout the entire process, the client attends design phase "OAC" (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings to discuss design direction, and cost trends.

BID-BUILD

With the vast majority of our project falling into this category, our team is attuned to competitively bidding every project to ensure we can offer our clients the best price to value ratio, regardless of our competition. 
 
Under this delivery method, once the design team has finished the construction documents, our team dives deep into the project information, preparing a highly-detailed project cost model and presents it to the client as a stipulated sum estimate, otherwise referred to as "hard bid". This stipulated sum includes all costs to bid the project, as designed, including noting any allowances, where undeveloped or ambiguous scope exists.

With this professional service, we provide clients with effective management of the project's schedule, cost, quality, safety, scope, and function, ensuring you get EVERYTHING you paid for.

A 2013 study by McGraw-Hill Construction and supported by the CMAA Foundation showed that using professional CMs saved money, avoided or mitigated problems, and produced higher quality results for owners.
